Four Pumpkin Rolls
A friend ordered 3 pumpkin rolls for her sister's baby shower on Saturday. I wanted to have enough time just in case something goes wrong. So I started baking the first one on Thursday night. When I unrolled it from the towel, the roll has a big crack on the bottom. I knew I could not give her cracked roll. I quickly went to online, found out I have to let the roll compeltely cool first then unroll it. So I started second one. This time the roll has a little bit crack that I could accepted.
Friday morning I started third and fourth rolls. I let them cool few hours before I unrolled them, thanks god. they finally looks good. Filled with creamcheese frosting, wraped with plastic wrap, My job's done.
I am happy to take some photos for my work. This one was the first roll I made Thursday night. I cut the end piece, tasted it, It's tasty. I love it. I hope they will enjoy the rolls on baby shower. I will take this one to my friend's house for pumpking carving party.
